Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Socks

To be eligible for a return, your socks must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. Due to hygiene standards, socks must remain in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

Important: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on socks that have been removed from their original packaging or tried on.

Non-Returnable Items

In addition to opened socks, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale/Clearance items (unless defective)
  • Items showing visible wear or lint

Exchanges

We only replace socks if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturer. If you received a faulty pair and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@ks-socks.com with a photo of the defect. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Rejected: If socks show signs of wear, hair, or lack of original packaging, the refund will be denied, and the items can be shipped back to you at your expense.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
